  • 2 x db Dead Lift @50% BW / 30% BW
  • 2 x db Floor Press @35% BW / 20-25% BW
  • 2 x db Clean (Touch & Go) @30% BW / 15% BW
  • Calories

 

B. Running Andi

10 Rounds of:

  • 10 x 1-hand ktb Snatch @20/12kg
  • 10 x Push Press with 2 ktb @16kg/ 10kg
  • 10 x SDLHP with heavy ktb/barbell @32kg/20kg
  • 10 x Front Squat 2 x ktb @16kg/10kg
  • 10 x Shuttle Run 8m
