Stop&Go

6 x 10 Minutes Partners Workout for Two to train full body, power and cardio as well.

The Partners will complete all the following Circles without Rest as follow:

1st Partner is doing exercise as is described, 2nd some Cardio. When the 1st is ready the Partners switch immediately and continue untill the Time Cap 10 Minutes, then continue immediately with the next Circle:

  • A1 5-10 Reps Bench Press with 5 Seconds Stop in Bottom Position (cca 2cm over the Chest)
  • A2 Cardio (Row, AirBike, Battle Rope, Shuttle Run, Burpees 😉 )

 

  • B1 5-10 Reps Front Squat with 5 Seconds Stop in Bottom Position (cca 5cm over the minimum)
  • B2 Plank

 

  • C1 5-10 Reps Strict Front Press with 5 Seconds Stop in Bottom Position (cca 2cm over the Shoulders)
  • C2 Cardio (Row, AirBike, Battle Rope, Shuttle Run, Burpees 😉 )

 

  • D1 5-10 Reps „Half Dead Lift with Chin Grip“ + Biceps Curl (so the weight should be set for Biceps Curl Strict Technique)
  • D2 Plank

 

  • E1 5+5 Reps Cosaques Squats (Weighted) with 5 Seconds Stop in Bottom Position (cca 2cm over the minimum)
  • E2 Cardio (Row, AirBike, Battle Rope, Shuttle Run, Burpees 😉 )

 

  • F1 5-10 Reps Barbell Row with 5 Seconds Stop in Upper Position (cca 2cm byt the Chest)
  • F2 Plank
