A. 25 Rounds in 12,5 Minutes (every 30 Seconds):
- 2 x Clean + 5 x Jumping Jack
- start with midlle weight and if is possible for You, increase the weight every 5th Rounds upto Round n.20
- from 21st Round (last 5 Rounds) try 2 x Clean+ 10 JJ
B. 25 Rounds in 12,5 Minutes (every 30 Seconds):
- 2 x OverHead Squat + 5/5 x Mountain Climbers
- start with midlle weight and if is possible for You, increase the weight every 5th Rounds upto Round n.20
- from 21st Round increase Mountain Climbers and (last 5 Rounds) try 2 x OHS+ 10/10 Mountain Climbers
C. 25 Rounds in 12,5 Minutes (every 30 Seconds):
- 2 x Dead Lift + 2 x Shuttle Run
- start with midlle weight and if is possible for You, increase the weight every 5th Rounds upto Round n.20
- from 21st Round increase (last 5 Rounds) try 2 x Dead Lift+ 4 x Shuttle Run
D. 25 Rounds in 12,5 Minutes (every 30 Seconds):
- 3 x ToesToBar + 2 x Burpees
- if is possible for You, increase the Reps of T2B every 5th Round +1 (upto Round n.20)
- from 21st Round increase (last 5 Rounds) try 7 x ToesToBar+ 3 x Burpees
