Ready for Speed Fit

Speed Fit is Beautifull Fitness Discipline that is based on Fitness Challenge.

Also here we try the special WOD which is comming from SpeedFit. But there is a small change – we will have a bit more rounds 😁💪

In 50 minutes perform as many rounds as possible:

  • 10 Pull Ups (alt Horizontal Pull Ups) *
  • 10 SumoDeadliftHighPull (SDHP) with ktb (Rx 32kg)
  • 10 DIPs ** (alt Triceps Dips)
  • 10 Lunges with barbell or 2 dumbells (Rx bb 50kg, db=20kg)
  • 10 ToesToBar (T2B) (alt K2E, High Knees)
  • 10 Devils PushUp*** (Burpee without jump) (Rx 2x15kg)
  • 10 Calories (alt 20 Shuttle Runs / 50 Jumping Jacks)
  • ****

* to be more flexible change the grip position every round

** DIPs – for higher difficulty You can perform the dips on the Rings

*** Devils Push Up = Strict Push Up (only chest must touch the ground !nothing else) + Biceps Curl of dumbels on Your arm + Push Up (no jump, the legs must stay on the ground) !You must hold the dumbells all the time in Your hands

**** This is not crossfit, all the movements perform as strict as You can (or better 😉 ).
