B. 160m Wheelbarow Accumulate by both Partners (Change positions as needed)

C. 300 x Partners Oposite SitUp With Wall Ball

D. 200m Monkey Accumulate by Partners

E. 120 x Alternating Plate Devils Burpee

F. 100 x Synchro Burpee Box Jump Over (Oposite)
