Today a bit of Cardio included in Calistenic 🥵
Each Round (of every next Circle) we start we prescribed amount of Cardio and immediately continue to accumulate the Target (number) of Exercises. When You reach the Target in first Circle, continue to the second one etc … enjoy 🌞💪
Every 3 Minutes untill the Target = is done make the following:
- 30 CALORIES (Row or Bike etc) then immediately Accumulate 60 /120/ Dips
- 100 Jumping Jacks then immediately Accumulate 140 SitUps (weighted)
- 30 CALORIES then immediately Accumulate 40 /80/ Pull Ups
- 20 x 8m Shuttle Run then immediately Accumulate 100 OH Squat
- 90 DU / 140 SU then immediately Accumulate 80/120/ Push Ups
- 20/30 Burpees then immediately Accumulate 100 /140/ Australian PullUps
